Dr. Gaby

Since founding the Chiropractic Center of Marietta in 1981, Dr. Gaby has overseen the treatment of more than 15,000 patients. 

For the past 37 years, Dr. Gaby has focused on developing a practice that abides by the Golden Rule and provides individualized care for each and every person that walks through the door. His mission is to provide quality, evidence-based, ethical care at an affordable price using state-of-the-art treatment and a knowledgeable, caring staff. 

When Dr. Gaby opened his private practice in 1979, his commonsense approach to healthcare immediately resonated with patients, and over the next several decades, the Chiropractic Center of Marietta grew to be one of Georgia’s premier practices strictly by word-of-mouth and referral. 

Dr. Gaby has a broad wealth of knowledge in addition to many years’ experience dealing with various health conditions. These skills help him connect with people seeking a more holistic approach to healthcare. His patients come from all walks of life: blue-collar workers, executives, children, the elderly, world-class and professional athletes, millionaires, the destitute, stars of the entertainment music field, politicians, but mostly just people like you and I.

A five-sport high school letterman from Greenville, Tennessee, he became interested in chiropractic after treatment relieved his migraine headaches following a sports injury. He completed his chiropractic education at East Tennessee State University and graduated Magna cum laude from Life University in 1978. 
 
He is married with 3 grown children, an avid sports enthusiast, bike rider, and triathlete. In 1993 and 1995 he won the Master Mr. Georgia Bodybuilding Championship. He is also an accomplished multi-instrument musician who loves the mandolin best and played with the bluegrass group, Wheelhoss.
